It includes 234 market-style housing units and will provide residential amenities and room layouts typical of off-base housing.

Units include full kitchens, living rooms, and full appliances including washers and dryers. Other amenities provided are lounges, game rooms, vending areas, several sports courts, an outdoor jogging path, and picnic areas.

Client Objectives

NAVFAC (The Naval Facilities Engineering Command) wanted to provide on shore housing for single sailors instead of them living aboard ships. Due to the location of this project, sailors have easy access to both the base and ships.
