Our robust safety program not only helps promote the health and wellbeing of our employees, but also helps keep construction crews focused so that projects stay on schedule and clients’ business objectives are met. 

To help ensure that we are preparing for safety at every stage of a project, Dynalectric San Diego’s team of committed, full-time safety specialists work proactively with trade partners and industry experts to create our complete project strategy.

We’ve worked to integrate safety into our business model through training, education, and policy development. We update our procedures in accordance with the most recent regulations and policies, and our culture encourages a shared responsibility for safety as well as intolerance for risks that might result in workplace injuries.
