Dynalectric San Diego provided design-assist services and programmable LED lighting on the 240,000 square foot, ten-story parking structure and the County Administrative Building. The parking structure included three levels of parking below ground and seven above.
Client Objectives
The Cedar and Kettner parking structure was commissioned to provide much needed parking in Little Italy for San Diego County employees after the removal of two asphalt parking lots to create Waterfront Park.
Solutions
The project consisted of 640 parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations. The parking structure is utilized by county employees during the work week and public parking after five o’clock p.m. and on weekends.
