We provided full electrical and low voltage services for this lab/research addition to the UCSD campus.
With only a 16-hour shutdown that did not affect critical operations, our team upgraded the electrical service, telecommunications, and fire alarm/safety systems to this critical research center.
Our BIM capabilities helped coordinate utilities layouts for labs, classrooms, and open spaces.
Our team used 3D BIM and total station, a GPS surveying tool, to assure accuracy in the design and construction of this dimensionally sensitive building.
While providing low voltage systems for this five-story education facility, our team leveraged prefabrication and BIM to help improve project efficiency and productivity.
This new central utility plant feeds utilities throughout the UCSD medical campus, helping to ensure that critical facilities have what they need to remain operational in an emergency.
