Value Delivered

Dynalectric San Diego provided electrical design-build services for the Government Administrative Facility (Block 3B) project. This specialized 583,000 square foot, 17 story office building was constructed per Anti-Terrorism Force Protection guidelines as it will be occupied by the US Navy. 

It has several perimeter security features, including K-rated bollards, sidewalk-level planter walls, and gate arms. The building also contains a command center with raised-floor cabling and emergency power provisions. The project was built to LEED Silver equivalency.

Client Objectives

Manchester Financial Group (MFG) won a 99-year lease to the Navy Broadway Complex. This included a remodel of the Navy headquarters building and MFG’s proposed project.

Our scope of work included total electrical services, including fire alarm, life safety systems, emergency power, and DAS.

The Manchester Pacific Gateway project transforms eight city blocks into office/laboratory spaces, a hotel, museum, dining spaces, and retail.
