Value Delivered
Our design-assist services contributed to a premier electrical installation for the Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center. Spanning nearly two million square feet, the development includes a 22-story, 1,600-room luxury hotel and approximately 500,000 square feet of convention and event space, as well as a wide array of additional amenities.
We executed the complete electrical distribution scope, designing and installing a reliable, code-compliant power backbone essential to hotel operations. As a team, we leveraged early procurement strategies to help mitigate supply chain impacts and prefabrication to meet aggressive schedule demands. Revit and Revizto were used to integrate the BIM model with installation shop drawings and contract documents, enabling effective coordination and precise execution of the electrical installations.

The client set out to design and construct one of the one of the largest and most ambitious hospitality projects on the West Coast, featuring hotels, convention space, ballrooms, restaurants, extensive recreational areas, 4.25 acres of pools, a fitness center, full-service spa, and more. They required an electrical contractor with broad capabilities who could also support Gaylord Pacific’s commitment to sustainable design and operations.
