Dynalectric San Diego provided fully integrated electrical services for this new three-story medical office building that was constructed adjacent to the existing Kaiser Permanente San Marcos building.  

This 72,000 square foot project was completed with a phased, fast-track schedule. Our team completed this project within the ten-month schedule and within budget. 

The new offices include space for specialty care providers, an ambulatory surgery center, nuclear medicine, and a gastroenterology procedure suite.

Our scope of work included:

• High voltage electrical system
• Fire alarm and life/safety systems
