Value Delivered

Dynalectric San Diego was the co-prime contractor with PMC for the construction of a pilot plant for Oberon Fuels’ production of dimethyl ether (DME), a clean burning, non-toxic, potentially renewable fuel.

Our team worked closely with Oberon Fuels and the local power utility company to overcome time constraint issues, completing the project on time and within budget.

Client Objectives

Through this pilot plant, Oberon Fuels is working to bring their proprietary process to North America.

Solutions

Our scope of work included providing the electrical and controls connection between the owner-supplied process skids and outside boundary limit equipment.

Client Background

Oberon makes DME fuels from renewable inputs like biogas and organic wastes, and supplies LPG firms worldwide.
