Executive Vice President
Frank leads our estimating department and, across the entire organization, is responsible for business development, executive leadership, and strategic planning.
He provides guidance and oversees all aspects of hard bid, design-build, and design-assist projects prior to the construction phase, ensuring the preconstruction team meets or exceeds the target budget and turns over a constructable product to the field team. Both his review and approval of the initial budget and final estimate are important factors in the success of the company.
Thanks to his attention to detail and integrity, Frank has been incredibly effective at cultivating new opportunities while also retaining clients for repeat business. Further, he is dedicated to serving as a coach and mentor for all employees, seeking to make the company a leader in San Diego electrical construction.
For well over two decades, Frank has been a vital part of our team. He started in the field as an Apprentice before becoming a Journeyman and then Foreman. From there, he moved into the office as a Project Engineer and then transitioned into estimating roles of increasing responsibility, including Estimator, Preconstruction Executive, and Vice President of Preconstruction.
Frank is recognized as a leader in the San Diego construction industry and is influential in the company’s business development strategy, helping to build long lasting client relationships that continue to create a strong backlog of work. He has successfully completed several design-build and design-assist projects in various market sectors, including life sciences, hospitality, mission critical operations, healthcare, manufacturing, high-rise residential, and more.
Additionally, Frank participates in many industry organizations, including the Design-Build Institute of America, Lean Construction Institute, and the American Subcontractors Association where he was a former President.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family and spoiling his three granddaughters. He enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling.
