Frank Robledo

Vice President of Preconstruction

Value Delivered

Frank is responsible for the overall leadership of preconstruction and estimating services for Dynalectric San Diego.

He provides guidance and oversees all aspects of hard bid, design-build, and design-assist projects prior to the construction phase, ensuring the preconstruction team meets or exceeds the target budget and turns over a constructable product to the field team. Both his review and approval of the initial budget and final estimate are important factors in the success of the company.

Because of this attention to detail, Dynalectric San Diego  is recognized as a leading resource for our clients, resulting in many becoming repeat clients. Frank is also dedicated to serving as a coach and mentor for all employees, seeking to make the company a leader in San Diego electrical construction.

Expertise

Frank began his electrical career as an underground tech, soon joined the electrical apprenticeship program, and later came to Dynalectric San Diego. Since 1998, Frank has held positions as foreman, general foreman, estimator, preconstruction executive, and his present position as Vice President of Preconstruction.

He is recognized as a leader in the San Diego construction industry and is influential in the company’s business development strategy, helping to build long lasting client relationships that continue to create a strong backlog of work.

Frank has successfully completed several design-build and design-assist projects in various market sectors, including life sciences, hospitality, mission critical operations, healthcare, manufacturing, high rise residential, and various other commercial sectors.

He participates in many industry organizations, including the American Subcontractors Association, where he was president, Design-Build Institute of America, and Lean Construction Institute.
