Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business activities which includes integrating all departments under one operating system, deploying and developing an employee training program, assisting with software integration, coordinating internal and external events, human resources, client relations, and team building/employee experience.  

She also works to integrate management software programs into daily operations, oversees the organization’s ISO program and business continuity plan, and acts as a liaison to our parent company, EMCOR Group. Additionally, Elizabeth has developed a cross-departmental support system, and executed a startup and closeout program for each function of the company. 

Expertise

With over 17 years in the industry, Elizabeth’s career began as an owner’s representative for two local developers. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in human resources, operations, marketing, management, project engineering, business development, and procurement.

Elizabeth joined Dynalectric in 2009 as a Project Engineer, supporting the industrial team on major pharmaceutical projects such as Genentech, Pacira, and B Braun. Since then, she has worked in several other departments, building expertise on the organization’s principles, procedures, and best practices. She transitioned to Office Manager in 2013 and in 2019 became Director of Operations and a member of our executive council, before stepping into her current role.

A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a double minor in marketing and management. She participates in multiple local industry organizations, including AGC, ASA, NECA, and DSDP.

The Personal Side

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her two sons, hiking, trying new foods, and traveling. She also likes working out and taking on challenges at the gym.
