Dynalectric San Diego has contributed to several projects at One Paseo for a combined total of over 852,000-square-feet in construction. This group of four integrated projects included residential, office, parking, and retail buildings.
The residential building is a six-story high rise core and shell. The office building is a four-story core and shell, and the retail space consists of 12 warm shell structures with a three-level parking structure. Finally, the parking structure adds another seven levels of space.
Client Objectives
The goal of the One Paseo project is to create a community that integrates work, social interaction, and life. It offers new residential, commercial, and employment opportunities and has created a compact, walkable, mixed-use community village. This 23.6-acre development is located at the southwest corner of Del Mar Heights Road and El Camino Real.
Solutions
In all four buildings, we provided installation of electrical services, lighting, Title 24 compliant lighting controls, utility connections, fire alarm and life safety, and telecommunications infrastructure from the point of connection.
In addition, the three-level parking garage attached to the retail building included distribution gear, garage site lighting, branch power services and devices, power to the electric vehicle charging system, two elevators, and power for future amenities.
