Dynalectric San Diego worked closely with the owner to provide design-build electrical and low voltage services for a new affordable housing development in San Diego.

Atmosphere is a 306,060 square foot, 12-story building with 205 living units, 51 of those reserved for those that were recently homeless. Our team provided BIM, prefabrication, and LEED certification services.

Atmosphere, a LEED Silver project, is one of the first of its kind in aiding those that are homeless or need financial assistance to live where they work.
