SCOPE OF WORK

The North County Education Center project is a collaborative development between the San Marcos Unified School District (SMUSD) and San Diego Office of Education (SDOE). The center houses offices, classrooms, a conference center for the SDOE and District Headquarters for the SMUSD, creating a seamless and integrated campus complex.

The project totals 70,000 square-feet and includes construction of a two-story, steel framed structure, and the construction of a two-story post-tensioned concrete parking structure. Site development was provided for utilities, some surface parking and landscaped private park.
